Office Assistant

Successful, outside the box, growing law office with an entrepreneur as its owner is looking for an Office Assistant to become a part of its team. We’re looking for someone to become an important part of our team. You will learn an incredible amount about business, entrepreneurship, and marketing. If this sounds exciting to you, read on.




    • Orders office supplies


    • Making sure the office is in good condition and its systems are running well. This includes purchasing necessary office supplies, answering phone calls.


    • Placing and tracking online orders: Ordering work-related services or goods, tracking and receiving them at the office or, potentially, any other location.


    • Receiving different packages or materials at pick-up points (or buying them) and then transporting them to where directed. Also, can include trips for minor office-related issues, like purchasing office supplies, printing plans for the project, etc.


    • Mailing packages


    • Interviews potential clients and schedules consultation


    • Coordinates calendar with Client Services Director and Virtual Assistant


    • Answers phones and completes associated clerical tasks


    • Creates and maintains records for leads


    • Work with our team of virtual assistants on any tasks that has a potential to be outsourced


    • Research:A typically small internet based research, or inquiry, regarding any directed topic + submitting a report with the summary of the information.


    • No task too small or too big


$15 – $17 per hour
