Do you dread the idea of doing the same thing day in and day out?  If so, you might be the ROCKSTAR we are looking for.   A successful, outside of the box, growing law office with an entrepreneur as its owner is looking for an Outreach/Intake Coordinator to become one of most important parts of the team.   You will learn an incredible amount about business, entrepreneurship, and marketing.  If this sounds exciting to you, read on.

  

This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth in our growing law firm. Our office is located in Buckhead. We are looking for someone who can work Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm. You must be tech-savvy and able to handle working with several different databases of information. One of your most critical and immediate jobs will be to learn, understand, and master the systems that have contributed to our success. It’s vital that all our clients have the same “Wow!” experience.  Of course, proficiency with Word and Excel is expected; knowledge of Lawmatics, RingCentral,  Social Media Platforms, PowerPoint, and Adobe is a plus. You must be comfortable learning other software programs.

You will need to know how to figure things out on your own and be able to creatively problem-solve situations. You will be trained and mentored, but if you are above scanning documents or filing paper, this is not the job for you. You will need to be ready to pitch in wherever needed. The other parts of this job, though, involve working with our clients and helping with our marketing efforts. Multi-tasking is an absolute must. You must be able to think on your feet and make smart decisions and take responsibility for your actions.

This person will help us spread the word and educate the community.  This person must be a solutions-oriented person who is not afraid to be resourceful and confident in their role of Outreach/Intake Coordinator to take action when needed is a must for this position.

Outreach/Intake Coordinator Responsibilities include:

  • Interviewing and qualifying new leads; 
  • Scheduling all intake and planning session appointments;
  • Creating and maintaining intake records; 
  • Answering the phone and handling associated clerical tasks;
  • Tracking and maintaining a list of all new leads, the source of the leads, the disposition of the leads, and conversion metrics; 
  • Registering leads for online webinars and live events as needed; 
  • Newsletter distribution coordination and metrics reporting, specifically, overseeing the distribution of weekly email newsletters and monthly mailed newsletters, targeting newsletters to leads, prospects, clients, and referral sources, and analyzing and reporting on engagement metrics from the newsletters;
  • Providing customer service support in responding to current client information requests, venue questions, complaints, etc, maintaining accurate records and electronic files for outreach efforts, providing additional support to Marketing, as needed, and other office support as needed. 

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, project management, and time-management skills
  • Professional service experience (law firm, medical practice, etc.) and/or management consulting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite applications, and Adobe
  • Strong people skills punctuated by living out Outreach/Intake Coordinator values in client and internal relationships

Compensation: Range $55k-$67k – Please include salary requirements in your cover letter.
